Sunset Printing was founded in 1945 and has grown into a third-generation, family-owned commercial printing and brand management company serving organizations throughout the world. What started as a single-press operation built on craftsmanship and client dedication has evolved into a full-service print and brand management partner for some of the most recognized names in fashion, finance, healthcare, and retail.
We've never lost the founding philosophy — that quality is non-negotiable, service is everything, and the relationship with the client matters as much as the product on the press. What has changed is our capability. Today we combine decades of specialty hand-finishing expertise with the latest offset and digital print technology, enterprise-grade brand management portals, and a 27,000 square foot production facility built for scale.

Our Wharton, NJ headquarters houses one of the most capable commercial print operations in the region — anchored by the Heidelberg SX74 press, HP Indigo digital, and fully in-house specialty finishing. Everything happens under one roof, which means tighter quality control, faster turnarounds, and no finger-pointing between vendors.
Our Green Initiative
At Sunset, we recognize that every company has a choice about how they impact the environment — and what they can do to reduce it. Our sustainability practices are independently verified through our EcoVadis Sustainability Rating, a globally recognized assessment covering environment, labor, ethics, and sustainable procurement — so our commitment isn't self-reported, it's scored.
We recycle 100% of our paper and cardboard waste, use soy-based inks and recycled paper throughout our facility, and in 2018 replaced all lighting and HVAC systems with low-energy alternatives. We actively help clients choose environmentally friendly paper and print options — because we know change starts with us. For clients with supplier sustainability requirements, our EcoVadis rating counts toward your scorecard.
